I bought 5.5S 3 months ago but I have been having a lot of trouble with it. the first problem that I had was that I could not find any cases that for this phone perfectly and because of that I had to go without a case for the whole time that ibhadvthe phone. The phone keeps shutting off and there are numerous other problems that I have had with it. When k tried to send it back to use my warranty they rejected it because of all the scratches on it but I think that if I was able to find a case for the phone then these scratches would have not been there. I am very disappointed in the quality of this phone and would like tonkkow all of my options because something must be done. I don’t think its fair that o should be punished for the scratches because you guys did not offer any cases to protect it.
    All the best Rozila
