Its is hard to find traditional oil painting these days in the art world. However, Miami has it all. Anyone can appreciate the level of mastery that it takes to render the human body in its natural form. Cesar Santos incredible paintings will be on exhibit beginning January 17 at Oxenberg Fine Art in Miami, Florida. Opening reception is January 24th.
